Philosophy – People are the top priority

It is for this reason that the Würth Group guidelines have formed the basis of our philosophy and our identity since our foundation, connecting our employees in Turkey, Europe and the whole world. We are committed to a holistic approach towards environmental protection. For us, environmental protection includes the measures taken to avoid impact on natural environment as well as responsible use of natural resources. Amongst other things, this includes being aware of, documenting and complying with legal requirements, proper disposal of wastes, sustainable use of land, logistics and customer solutions as well as increasing use of digital media. In doing so, we keep an eye on sustainable and conscientious action and high demands for careful use of resources in line with economic objectives.
