Information Security Policy
We know that information is a valuable asset that needs to be protected and we aim to increase information security awareness with the participation of all employees.
We aim to implement and continuously improve our Information Security Management System (ISMS), which was created to ensure the security of the information resulting from the sales, service and marketing activities of various professional industrial products and services within the Würth Group, in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information when necessary.
We ensure that all personnel using the IT infrastructure, users accessing information systems as third parties, and software or hardware providers who provide service to information systems comply with ISMS requirements.
We comply with all legal regulations and contract terms regarding information security.
We plan trainings to increase awareness of information security and ensure that they are carried out.
We aim for an ISMS where information is protected against unauthorized access, confidentiality of information is ensured, information cannot be deliberately given to unauthorized persons, information is integrity is ensured, information is accessible only to authorized users when needed, all information security vulnerabilities and suspected weak points are reported to responsible persons.
The Würth Industrie Service GmbH & Co. KG collects and processes the personal data provided in the form in order to process the requested request for you. Please note the mandatory fields in the forms. The legal basis for this processing, the absolutely necessary data, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, implementation of a pre-contractual measure. The processing of data voluntarily provided by you is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Thereafter, processing is permissible which is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to have contact with you, our customers, to improve our consulting quality and to be able to contact you more easily in case of possible queries. The data collected will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and to contact you. They are then deleted.
